Hello Dungeonistas!
Project funding is complete, we are FULLY FUNDED! Congrats! Thanks so much to you all for helping us reach our funding goal. This project has been a community effort by creators in our local design group, and it means a lot to include you as part of our extended community.
Next Steps -- we will continue work on the remaining artwork for our mini-expansions. I will post updates when there is new artwork to share!
Shipping/Fulfillment -- We plan to collect shipping in January 2026 and fulfill orders in February 2026. For our past projects, we have used Backerkit as our pledge manager. Kickstarter now offers a built-in pledge manager option. We have not used it before, but do see some benefits over Backerkit.
Pros for Backerkit: Familiar, robust features, open to pledges from non-Kickstarter users.
Pros for Kickstarter: One sign-in, already contains billing information, one place to receive updates and notifications.

Stretch Goal Unlocked!!!

Hello Dungeonistas!
The first stretch goal of the project has been unlocked -- a 4TH MINI-EXPANSION!!
All backers at the Dungeon Delver ($24) pledge or higher will automatically get the additional mini-expansion with their pledge. Thanks everyone for helping us reach this goal! :D
The new expansion is Monster Mutations, which adds random bonuses to monsters in the dungeon, adding variety to each playthru. It includes 8 Mutations cards, which are stacked into the monster cards in the dungeon. When a Mutation card is flipped, it is tucked under the next monster at that dungeon door, adding an extra affect when that monster is romanced, befriended, or slain by a player. The monster might let you steal the Party Leader token, restyle an outfit slot for free, gain an extra slot for a type of treasure, or other powerful effects! Mutations can be played in solo mode and are compatible with our other mini-expansions.
Monster Mutations are designed by Brian Shoemaker, a photographer. artist, musician, game designer, marketer, and publisher from our game design group in Northwest Ohio. Brian makes pocket-sized, family-friendly games, and is currently prepping several projects to launch on Kickstarter. You can check out some of Brian's boardgame photography here!
Nearly 300% FUNDED!!!

Hello Dungeonistas!
Wow, in just 8 hours we have already hit nearly 300% of our funding goal!! Amazing!! Thanks so much to all of you, both returning backers and new. I am very excited to be able to make this project a reality. :D
Over the next couple weeks, work will continue on the remaining artwork for Boss Monsters and Potions. I plan to update every couple days with new artwork to share! You can also expect updates as we approach our stretch goals, with more info about each additional expansion. Don't forget -- any pledges of Dungeon Delver ($24) or higher will automatically receive the stretch goal expansions as part of their rewards.
